Automatic Pneumatic Fuel Sampler
The Automatic fuel sampler is designed to take kerosene and diesel samples from flexible fuel storage facilities "bladders", but can also be used to take samples from fixed storage systems and fuel trucks. The sampler is connected to the bladders drain hose. It flushes the hose, takes a representative bottom sample and automatically fills the sample jar without any contamination. The sampler is driven by an unique hi-compressed air supply only so no electricity is needed.
EX-proof and Marpol approved.
The volume of the sample can be preset and is easily adjusted by steps from 50 ml. Therefore different sample volumes can be collected in various types of jars.
When the sample has reached the preset volume the system stops automatically.
Using special TUV approved compressed air cylinders with a pressure of 300 bar the system is completely portable and able to pump 10 liters of fuel sample per cylinder fill.
Air cylinders can be refilled within minutes with the portable High Pressure Compressor. The compressor can fill 2 HP air cylinders at the same time and will automatically shut off when the cylinders are full.
